The Emotional Intelligence and Executive Presence Package is for the professional and aspiring leader who has mastered the basics. In this service, we take a deep dive into the topics of Emotional Intelligence (EI), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and 'soft-skill' development. Additionally, Personality characteristics, Grit, and how to exercise your 'mental muscles' will be reviewed. The attendee will walk away with a clear understanding of who they are, and how best to leverage the information in their business place.
The approximate service time burden is 90 minutes.
The time as mentioned above will occur in a series of three one-to-one 30-minute sessions.
