Nurse Your Profession (NYP), LLC is a professional coaching and consulting firm for seasoned and senior professionals aiming to transition to the biotechnology industry. Designed with nurses and healthcare professionals in mind, the mission is to empower clients to take charge of their career trajectories whether in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or beyond.
Shekinah began helping individuals reach their potential in their professional lives in 2013. A unique opportunity to leave the traditional nursing role for the biotech industry proved to better her health, work-life balance, and overall career satisfaction. As she reached back to burned-out and compassion fatigue colleagues only one had the courage to take a step outside of her comfort zone to further her career. Nine years later, Shekinah has helped dozens more align their goals, take leaps of faith in their careers, gain promotion, and negotiate wages. Only recently, in 2022 did she decide to incorporate her ideas, intellectual faculties, and strategies into a corporation.
